SXSW 2024 - XR Experience Competition 　　"Madame Pirate: Code of Conduct" is a 6DOF room-scale VR experience. The story is told mixing comic strip format and live action 4DView. It is an immersive voyage of discovery in the world of 19th Century Chinese pirates. Over a century ago Pirate's Point was overrun by pirates, led by Abraham LeVoy, who became known as Pirate Death. He looted from the town, slaughtering over 150 men, women and children and then hid the treasure. Unaware of the terrifying and tortuous nature of Pirate Death, a group of college students researching their "pirate" heritage decide to locate the hidden treasure of Pirate Death.

Swept by the ocean waves, nine kids find themselves on a remote island where they meet one-eyed pirate who owns the island and promises to bring them back to their family.

When Joong-pil, the biggest bully in his high-school by far finds himself harboring feelings for a classmate, his entire identity is thrown off balance. Suddenly his smoking, his drinking, his constant swearing and his habit of pushing underclassmen into walls don't seem like good habits anymore. Without his nastiness, who is he? He might just like this girl enough to find out, if he can figure out how.

During the Nazi occupation of France as two filmmakers attempt to navigate their careers without compromising their ideals. Facing pressure from the Vichy government, assistant director Jean Devaivre uses his position at the German-controlled studio Continental Films as a cover for his resistance activities, while screenwriter Jean Aurenche uses his wits to keep from being involved in the creation of any collaborationist propaganda.

In Algiers in 1993, while the civil war is starting, Mrs Osmane's tenants have to endure her bad temper. Her husband left her and the fear to lose her respectability haunt her. The former member of the Resistance during the Independence War persists in controlling the slightest moves of the households rather than struggle against her own frustrations. Learning her daughter is in love, the possibility of finding herself alone will push her to the limit: The symbolical Mrs Osmane "harem" is about to collapse.

Derek Jarman is surely the artist-filmmaker who was the closest to the subterranean cultural movement that David Keenan has coined “England’s Hidden Reverse", involving avant-garde, industrial, and experimental music scenes that emerged from the 1970s onwards. In 1980 Jarman invited Throbbing Gristle to provide a soundtrack for In the Shadow of The Sun. The collaboration started long-lasting relationships with members of TG, Psychic TV and Coil. In 1982, Jarman filmed William S. Burroughs during his first visit to London, where he made a cameo appearance for Jürgen Muschalek’s film Decoder (featuring Genesis P-Orridge) and attended the legendary Final Academy events, curated by Psychic TV. Jarman’s film shows Burroughs on Tottenham Court Road signing autographs with fans and inside a shop buying alcohol. The soundtrack by Psychic TV is a magical-industrial dreamscape of broken transmissions, arcane whispers, and psychic residue, featuring a sample of Burroughs repeating “boys, school showers and swimming pools full of 'em'”. Additional footage shot by Jarman during Burroughs' visit is reported to have been confiscated by Scotland Yard in 1991 and remains lost. Jarman and Psychic TV would continue to collaborate (“magic bound us together”, Jarman wrote), with Jarman directing the music video for Catalan and starring as the spokesperson in the Psychic TV video A Spokesman for the Temple of Psychick Youth. Red Pirate and his people caught women for ransom with two girls from royal British family among them. But his ingenious plan gets complicated when his men decide to rape hostages and one of the women manages to escape and informs police about Red Pirate's hideout. HK police joins their forces with Vietnamese commandos, navy and air-force and the battle with pirates begins.
